Katie is, to put it simply, AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable and understands the anatomy and physiology very well. She is great at getting into the tight knots, using different techniques and modalities to help and listens well, when in my case can be too much. With a chronic pain disease/disability, she does a fantastic job at providing me relief. Plus, she is an incredible person to get to know. Tuesday Morning I woke up with my lower back feeling tight. By the afternoon I was in horrible pain barely able to move or walk. Wednesday the pain hasn't gotten any better. It was extremely painful to just move from side to side in my bed. I have never experienced a pain like this (other than labor pain). Wednesday evening I told my husband "I think I need to go to the ER." I decided to call Katie to get her opinion before I went in. THE BEST DECISION! She listened to me. Gave me knowledgeable advice. Sent me links with stretching she wanted me to do. She eased my concerns with some good advice. Encouraged me about being able to get better and I did without a doctor's involvement. I followed her instructions. Slept well. Woke up feeling soooo much better. So I wanted to give Katie a shout out. She is an amazing, beautiful, kind human and knows her stuff. Go to her page.
