As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA), licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Health Coach, Wilderness First Aid and BLS Certified health provider, and previous hospice caregiver, I have over 18 years of experience working as a healthcare professional. I have worked with professional athletes, expectant mothers, adult couples, seniors, and kids.

My clients' cases have ranged from the following and everything in between: sport injuries, physical developmental delays, motor vehicle accident injuries, pre and post-surgical pain/joint restriction, pregnancy and pre and post-natal weakness, chronic pain, unhealthy weight gain, fatigue, neurological ailments, vestibular/balance issues, cardiac disease, cancer, depression and anxiety. Regardless of their ailments, they all tend to have one thing in common:

losing hope in getting better.

That's where 360 Healing + Strength comes in. I assist my clients in positive transformation patterns, help set and organize goals, and instruct them on how to maintain a more balanced, pain-free, energized, and active lifestyle no matter what program they choose. I take all the guesswork out of their minds so they can get to work doing exactly what they need to do each day/week/or month.

Guess what? Consistency in making positive choices is key to staying healthy and feeling good. So why do so many people have trouble maintaining motivation and ultimately achieving their goals?  The answer is simple:
