Illness Policy:

 

  • If you or your child exhibit symptoms of any illness, please call us as soon as possible to discuss whether the appointment should be rescheduled. We strongly encourage you to contact your primary care provider for further assistance as well. ​

  • Our cancellation policy goes into effect at the time of booking. Appointments must be rescheduled at the time of cancellation to avoid all fees if given proper notice (+48 hours). Please notify us ASAP by calling 620-212-3533 and have your reschedule request date/time ready.

    • Rescheduled appointments or cancellations less than 48hrs notice will result in 50% of the scheduled session being charged. Appointments with less than 24hrs notice or no shows will result in 100% of the scheduled session being charged. 

    • Please know that these policies are in place to provide the best service to our committed clients. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment:

 

  • Cash, Venmo (Business), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo), and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. Checks are accepted with established clients; there is a fee for bounced checks.

    • Check with your specific FSA/HSA benefits coordinator or your tax professional for confirmation on the specific requirements for individual eligibility and reimbursement, including usage, procedures and qualifications. Credit cards must be provided to hold appointments and also be present at the time of payment. 

  • Corporate events: The therapist will let you know at the time of booking if a holding fee is required (typically in the event where three or more clients are booked, or in the case of a business event) and in that case the holding fee will be deducted from the total cost after the appointments are complete. 

  • Sliding scale rates are available, must show proof of low income.

  • Insurance is not currently accepted. Invoices and/or receipts will be provided upon request for those who want to share it with their insurance provider. 

Gratuity:

 

  • Tips are never expected, but accepted with great appreciation. The greatest “tip” you can give is paying it forward by referring friends and family or sharing your review/testimonials.
